A full refund within 30 days

You can get a full refund of a licence year within 30 days of its start. This is the same whether you paid for the year in full or in monthly instalments. We refund to your payment method. If you paid by bank transfer, we refund by bank transfer. Your licence ends when we refund it, and any instalments still to come are cancelled. After 30 days, your one-year contract commitment becomes final and irrevocable, instalments included.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you buy as a consumer, the law gives you 14 days to cancel. You do not have to say why, and you do not have to have installed anything. You keep this right even after you've downloaded Product development.

A bundle is refunded whole. You can't refund one product from it.

A seat pool is one licence. A refund within the 30 days covers every seat in it.

Three places to ask for it

• The purchase email. The email called Your Product development, sent to the address you bought with, has a refund me link, with the last day it works printed beside it.
• Your download page. The page your download link opens has the same link under the download button.
• The dashboard. Open Your copy and press Refund in full. It is there for the 30 days, and then it goes.

Any one of them is enough. Each records the request once, so pressing more than one does nothing more. If you can't reach any of them, write to hello@polyglyphanalytica.com with the receipt we emailed you, and we do it by hand. We refund to your payment method.

What happens next

We refund to your payment method. Your copy stops working when the refund is made, and the download link stops with it. Until then it keeps working, unless it has been changed in a way the licence doesn't allow, so a refund that does not go through takes nothing away.

What Product development built for you stays yours. Your products, their code and their repositories are untouched by a refund.

If you dispute the payment with your bank instead (a chargeback), the licence ends. It comes back if the dispute is decided in your favour.

Trials

A trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. It simply stops at the end of its fourteen days.

After 30 days

After 30 days, your one-year contract commitment becomes final and irrevocable, instalments included. Your copy keeps working for as long as you like, at the version it is entitled to, unless it has been changed in a way the licence doesn't allow. If something is wrong with it, write to hello@polyglyphanalytica.com and tell us what. A real person reads it, and a fault we can fix is fixed in a release. None of this takes away rights the law where you live gives you as a consumer.
